What is the difference between the diagnosis I82.41_ and I82.4Z_? As I know the femoral vein is a deep vein so when a report states DVT of the left femoral vein do I use I82.412 or I82.4Z2?

Use i82.412. i82.4z2 states unspecified deep vein.
