Hi Everyone!
I am in desperate need of a copy of the AHA ICD-9 CODING CLINIC, Vol 20 No 4, 4th Qtr 2003 to provide documentation of guidelines outlining the coding of dx when laboratory values are available. Is there a way to obtain a digital copy of this? I have searched all over the web. I don't want to really use one or two quoted lines because that may be considered as taking the guidelines out of context. I want to be able to read it, understand it, and present it to my peers. Can anybody help me with this???
