Wiki dx code for adhesions

What is the correct dx code for pelvic adhesions? My docs do ureterolysis for peritoneal adhesions and often do enterolysis of adhesions. These are the following adhesion diagnoses codes. Can someone please explain the difference to me?


568.0 Peritoneal adhesions (postoperative) (postinfection)
593.4 Other ureteric obstruction (Idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis)
614.6 Pelvic peritoneal adhesions, female (postoperative) (postinfection)

Look at 593.89....let me know.

I looked at that and it seems to be best suited but when you look up adhesions in ICD-9 book it gives you 568.0.
