Any thoughts on a diagnosis code for an exam for custody? Pt came for exam that she was competent to have custody of her child after hubby said she was incompetent. We also ordered a drug screen for her. I have looked at everything that I can think of and am brain drained. Any suggestions???
 
Have you looked at V70.3 - Other medical examination for administrative purposes or V70.4 - Examination for medicolegal reasons?
