What is the dx code for "Mesothelial hyperplasia?" I have been trying to find a dx code for this but failed. Pt. had a history of pleurisy w/o effusion, went for office visit for status post right thorascopic wedge resection and pleurisy biopsy.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
