A child was given an IQ test by our neuropsych dept, and basically it was just because the mother wanted to know what her IQ was.... there were no signs/symptoms of developmental delay (no family/personal history), so in this case would you use V79.3 as the diagnosis code? That's what I'm coming up with, but wanted to double check. Her test results were normal.
