The pre-op dx states twins,procedure is C-section....final dx dichorionic diamnionic with single placental body what are the dx codes used?
 
First c-section - 669.71

Subsequent - 654.21

Twins - 651.01

and if the placenta (s) have a clamp marking the difference, - 88307

And this was for a third trimester, yes?
