I can't find this term in the ICD-9 manual. Has anyone ever come across it and, if so, what Dx code did you use? Thanks! :)

It's a condition, thought to be benign, in which microscopic amounts of blood & protein are present in the urine, occuring commonly among athletes after strenuous exercise.

So you may consider 599.72 or 791.0 (OR both).
