Wiki Dx code for tachy phylaxis?

My doctor has used the above dx code "tachy phylaxis". He states it is where at patient uses a particular nose spray for example and now is non effective. He has developed an immunity to it. What dx code would you use?

I would just use the problem he was seeing the patient for. I don't see anything that would cover this condition, the closest I am getting is 995.20 (Idiosyncrasy due to correct medicinal substance properly administered is listed this is the only reason I even considered it) but I don't like it because this is not an unspecified effect, and that is not what he is actually treating anyway.
