Wiki Dx code for "well child"

What dx code would you use for ER visit "well child". I see this a lot when parents bring their kids in for a symptom but in the end the doctor finds nothing wrong and simply gives the dx of "well child". Thanks

If the child is suspected of having an issue but turns out there is nothing wrong use the V29.- for a child less than 29 days old , for 29 days and old use a V71.-

we use V65.5 for feared complaint not found, happens all the time
