Does anyone know a Dx code for an artifical skull (due to traumatic brain injury) and a fluctuating mass on the skull?

This one is tough. How about V43.89 other organ or tissue replaced by other means?
About the fluctuating mass of skull; is it due to the injury? how did the injury occur? where exactly is the site? 784.2 is for plain mass of head
There are some injury codes with skull (fracture) 850-854.
