My OBGYN that I work for is starting to refer her patients to MFM for Advanced Paternal Age. Now, MFM is wanting us to write down the dx codes for them. I need some help with a dx code for APA.

Our physicians use either 659.5X or 659.6X depending on whether first pregancy or second or more.
