No it is either a malunion of a fracture or a healed fracture with late effects but not both

Thanks, that was my thought as well. I was told that both were being submitted because the malunion is being viewed as a late effect of the original fx.

no it is not a late effect of the original fracture.. it is the original fracture that did not set properly.
