Can anyone tell me what ICD9 code to use for arrested disorder dilation and possible von Willebrand disease? The patient had a C section. Please help as I am just an apprentice. Thanks in advance.
 
von Willebrand is 286.4..... but on the dilation did it affect the fetus 763.7? or complicate the delivery 661.0(needs 5th?)?
