Dx coding: Smoking Cessation Gum with hx of smoking

Hi there,
Just wondering how others have coded history of smoking with current chewing of nicotine gum. I couldn't find anything in my online or book search. It's not exactly a history of nicotine dependence when the patient is currently chewing nicotine gum, but I hesitate to assign tobacco use. I ended up using Z72.0-Tobacco Use because nicotine comes from the tobacco plant. TIA. :)
