I was hoping that someone might be able to give me a dx code for a bone graft having a hard time locating one??? I guess my brain is sleeping still
 
What type of surgery did the pt have? You would use the dx code associated with the surgery. A better question would be...why did the pt have a bone graft and for what part of the body?
 
I am assuming that the pt had an ankle fx that needed internal fixation. Did the doc say that the fx was healed, was it a non-union, a malunion, in other words, what was the problem that caused an area of the ankle to have a void in it that needed a bone graft?
