Is there a dx for cervical cerclage in place? Provider documented Cerclage in situ, but main reason of visit was for back pain.

O34.3_ would be reported if he was actually caring for the cerclage. In this case, she was seen for back pain and the cerclage is just history but not the reason for the visit. So I would only code the back pain.
