PATIENT HAD LEFT HEART CATH
INDICATION: ABNORMAL STRESS TEST.
CONCLUSION:
PATENT STENTS IN RCA WITH 30% MID ISR
50% TUBULAR STENOSIS OF LAD. FFR 0.86
FALSE POSITIVE STRESS EKG DUE TO LVH, NO FLOW LIMITING STENOSES NOTED, NO TARGETS FOR PCI.

Is there a diagnosis code for a false positive Stress Test?
