Wiki Dx. for HTN with NSTEMI

What is the correct code for HTN with NSTEMI because the code I used I22.4 is NOT correct please help!

I22.4 id not a valid dx. I don't believe there is a combination code for this, so I would code the NSTEMI, I21.4 and also the HTN, I10.

Sorry, I did code 121.4 with 110 but got a message Dx. 121.4 did flagged an error? that I have to review the MI guidelines???
