Would anyone know what diagnosis code I would use for medical clearance for transfer to another hospital? Patient is having a chest X-ray for clearance. DX'd with acute psychosis- which is not the problem. I am not sure if it is more of a MHE (Mental Health Evaluation V70.2) or is there another code for clearance for transfer? Any insight would be great!

I use V68.09 issue of medical certification for security clearance. This indicates there was no psychiatric diagnosis,
 
Thank you for your response, but I believe the reason for transfer is because of the acute psychosis. So perhaps, medically cleared chest x-ray for acute psychosis DX? What else would be a good transfer code? Could I use V68.09 even if it is for psych DX?
