Hi,

I am coding some path reports for skin excisions and am finding the following scenario:
Final Diagnois:
1. There is no evidence of residuum of the previously biopsied lesion.
2. Previous surgical site, completely excised.

As far as I know, the lesion being referred to is a dysplastic nevus. Could someone please advise as to the correct diagnosis code? The history V-codes have malignant neoplasms listed, but do not list lesions.
