Looking for a DX that should "work"

Mother brings child in for WCC it is paid

The next day the mother brings in child because there is a little blood in the diaper.
The dr says Normal Circumsion. Used DX code V61.49 (mother concerns). (This does not pay.) for a low leval office visit

Looking for code that might work for the above problem. Can I use an aftercare of SX code? I asked the Dr about feared complaint and she said no becasue she gave it a DX of normal Circ.

Any ideas would help me here.

No it was done at the hospital 6 days before, not by any dr in our clinic

I thought V65.5 but the Dr says no she gave a DX of normal Circ
