Need help with diagnosis for: fragments of epithelium and cornified cells, consistent with epidermoid cyst?
 
Per coding guidelines, anything stated as consistent with should not be coded so I would not code epidermoid cyst. I would either report the diagnosis listed on the order or query the ordering provider, depending on your workplace policy, as I don't see anything in this statement that provides a diagnosis to code.
