Patient has nerve damage in the throat from vomiting so much due to his/her alcoholism. Patient cannot swallow and needs enteral nutrition. What diagnosis code would be appropriate to use? Thank you

If your provider is treating the patient for difficulty with swallowing, you could use (dysphagia 787.20) and since this difficulty swallowing is due to persistent emesis code 536.2 could be an appropriate secondary diagnosis. If you are treating the patient for other than difficulty with swallowing secondary to persistent emesis you will want to code from what your treating the patient for.
