I was looking at 362.-- for opthalmic if it is in the eye. See if these make sense since I don't have the actual report to read. Hope that helps!
 
Maybe 379.92, "swelling or mass of eye"? I would stay away from the 238.1, because it is under the neoplasm section, unless it has been deemed a neoplasm byt the doctor.... Thrombosed dermal vessel, maybe 362.30 thru 362.37?
