DX Melanoma of the vulva

We are having a hard time deciding which code to use for this dx. The drug we are giving is only payable with the 172 codes, but everything points us to the 184.9 code. Any one out there have any advice on this? Thanks!
 
Melanoma of Internal Site

Your inclinations are correct. The code book guideline tells you that 'internal sites should be coded to malignant neoplasm of those sites'....and for the vulva it would be 184.4.
