DX Qualifier - HX of Melanoma

What qualifier would you assign to a Dermatology encounter for a HX of Melanoma, physician performs full skin exam, 2 lesions found-benign. MDM- discussed sun protection. Is this considered a stable chronic, self limited or not counted at all towards DX qualifier under the MDM? Patient is seen twice a year. Thank you for your input.
