Hi, still i didn't find the exact Icd for F/U TO PREVIOUS CARDIAC SCORE ,technique support the CT chest contrast studies. there is no condition from impression. How to proceed?

If the current study shows no abnormality then you cannot code as such. You can use a follow up V code or depending on documentation use a V71 code for cardiovascular condition not found.
