Wiki E code dilemma

Good Afternoon everyone,
Just a quick question, had a patient come in too see doctor b/c she fell. She had no symptoms, no scratches, no problems, nothing. The only dx give was E code E888.9.

I know I cannot send this out, but what can I do? Would this patient be considered self pay? Any help would be appreciated.

USe V71.4 for observation following other accident with nothing found as you first listed code followed by the E code.
