Wiki E code for Reaction to Spinal puncture

Hope this is not a silly question, but, does 349.0- Reaction to a spinal or lumbar puncture need the E878.8- abnormal reaction to a procedure or is that being redundent? The code doesn't ask for an additional E code to identify cause.
