Hello everyone I'm hoping I can get some help please, I'm trying to code this encounter. Baby was brought in by parents, reason baby fell from bed. I coded CPT 99213, and I know I should use ICD E-884.4 as a supplemental code. Im not sure what other diagnosis it's ok for me to use.:(
 
If there are injuries or symptoms you code that the E code must be secondary. If no injuries are found, use the V 71 code for injury following accident not found as a first listed followed by the E code
