When adding E codes to a visit for a laceration, do the E codes go on the E/M visit or the repair code?
 
You can put them on either one, or both, if you want - they're purely informational (I call them "FYI Codes") - as long as you list them after the laceration (and not as the primary Dx), you can put them on any service that pertains to the injury.;)
