patient seen in ER 1 week before for skin tears, and now at urgent care for rebandaging.
wondering whether this is more than a 9920_ charge:

from chart note :
Left upper inner arm was NOT wrapped with nonstick bandage, but gauze, which was adhered to all the wounds; provider and medical assistant spent over an hour combined soaking the gauze with sterile water and trying to remove without further tearing the skin and injuring the pt. Gauze was embedded in the wounds and required cutting with scissors and removing each individual fiber with tweezers. Provider injected 3 ml of 1% lidocaine in one area as the skin had to be torn in order to fully remove the gauze. Generalized echymosis to left arm.
