I work in a pediatrics office doing their billing. I am having problems with using E/m codes and Injection codes. examples 99213 and 96372. The doctor is doing to office visit and then the M/A does the shots. Medicaid keeps telling me that it is unbundle and only wants to pay for the injection, because it cost less, and not the E/M. is anyone else having this problem or an idea of how to fix this problem.
