I am in the pain management industry and I am trying to figure out how to correctly bill a E/M and a Psychotherapy visit provided by two different providers on the same date of service. The therapy is being provided by a LPC. I am not sure how to bill this. I was thinking charge the appropriate E/M and then use 99408 for the therapy, but is that possible?
