I used to work for a family/internal medicine practice as a biller and coder; the manager reach to me to do monthly audits on 3 providers. I need to write a proposal. I will be auditing total of 60 charts to determine the accuracy of the physician documentation as well as selection of the codes. In this practice, the physician are coding and submitting the claims to the billing company. Please help.
