Hi all, from my practicode exercise I have a very weird answer for E/M which I need your advise. The case happened in Emergency Department and "with a Detailed History, Detailed Examination and Low Medical Decision Making, the appropriate E/M for this visit would be 99284" - Practicode. I was like WTH? shouldn't it be 99282 as following 3 of 3 rule?
