I hope someone can help me with this e/m question. Here's the scenario:

NC Medicaid pt is seen for a removal/reinsertion of an IUD. This the pt's first visit to our clinic. Should we have billed an e/m code? My guess is yes, would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks:)
