pt. returns for follow up from surgery from right axillary hidradenitis has new complaints of perineal pain upon inspection pt. has servere hidradenitis to the perineum and is septic pt is then admitted. Can this office visit be billed with a modifier as a seperate E/m visit and not as a global visit to the original surgery
