E/M exam question - If the doctor states in the

If the doctor states in the exam ENMT -Unremarkable does he get credit for anything? If so, what?
 
ENMT is short for Ears, nose, mouth and throat. If the physician examined this organ system and wrote unremarkable, I would give the physician 1 point for the ENMT organ system exam.

Hi, I just spoke to my compliance manager who was out of town. She told me that unremarkable was sufficient for 1995 guidelines provided they don't say that for everything. But, it is never accepted for the 1997 guidelines.
