The hospital is limiting physicians seeing covid patients. The specialty I am coding for is seeing the patient for their renal failure. The exam only has the vitals and that the patient is on a vent and sedated. when trying to pick a level would you code it based off of MDM like telehealth visits, is there different billing for covid inpatients? If so can you provide me the link?
