I am looking for some suggestions on how to code an inpatient hospital discharge for a patient that left against medical advice. I have gotten as far as the diagnosis code V15.81 after the injuries sustained from the MVA, and that is all. Maybe a 99080 for the paperwork? 99238 has to be face to face.....
