E/m level with debridement

hi!
I was hoping if someone could help out with an e/m level with debridement.
If patient came in with Diabetes with neuropathy or PVD and Provider did a foot exam - and then debrided nails.
Is it appropriate to bill an e/m level?

Codes hit an edit.

The debridement does hit an edit with the office visit. If the E/M was scheduled and really performed for other medical issues, I would try billing the office visit keeping in mind that you will have to appeal.
