Hello All,

My employer is looking for a way to gauge our heatlhcare providers as it relates to how well thier doing or not doing in thier E&M coding. Dose anyone know of any industry standard or some type of E&M productivity benchmark?
 
The Bell curve

I think you can find it on your specialty association website. The bell curve is what it's called. It usually compares how frequently an E&M code is used by specialty and geographic area. I would think you could also goggle it. Hope this gives you somewhere to start.
