Can anyone suggest a good book or webinar to get some good basic training on E&M coding? There are alot of books/CD's out there but I would like to have the opinion of someone that has actually bought the book /took the webinar and knows first hand.

I have some basic but want to expand in this area.

He is an MD & CPC

He has many E/M's that you can look through and practice coding and get his opinion as to why he chose the code. You could even sign up for help through his web site. I have found this to be very valuable.
