Hi, does anybody know where i can recieve E/M training for beginners? Are there any classes, workshop, seminars or courses that i can take? Books i can buy? Anyone willing to teach me??

E/M Help

You can also go to www.highmarkmedicareservices.com, they offer free classes in their E/M workshops and they also have the E/M audit tools (both 95 and 97(specialties)). Someof the classes will also count towards your CEU's for the AAPC. Good luck and remember that each coder.auditor will tell you something different, we all have our own way to choose our e/m's, but you have to follow what your job requires you to do.

coding for ophthalmology

I am new to a coding and just accepted a postion for E/M ophthalmology is there anyone who does E/M coding for this specialty that I can network with.
