Need help deciding how to code for a visit with bio parent and neurospecialist without the mentally disabled patient present. Parent has guardianship/POA paperwork in order.
My question is: does this fall under the Care Plan Oversight Services 99374 if the patient currently lives in a group/assisted living situation?

Any help is much appreciated.
