If a patient comes to the office and completes an ambulation oximetry w/ multiple determinations with the nurse to see if they qualify for Innogen; then they see their provider (in the same office) for a follow up appt regarding their COPD or CRF, would you be able to code 94761 with 99214-25 in this circumstance or is this still considered bundled with the E/M?

94761 cannot be billed with an E/M, though there may be rare exceptions.
