Hey guy! I know I've discussed either under here or the obgyn area leveling for menopause with exacerbated symptoms and new rx being a 99214 since chronic condition with exacerbation but I was wondering say this is addressed during a persons annual visit and say I'm charging a 99397 what level e/m would you think this problem would be with a annual do you think it would really constitute as a full 99214 with the annual?
