Can I bill the physician E/M 99213 with G0008 or is the administration included in E/M code? Also, does E/M need modifier? I'm seeing conflicting statements online. Thanks.

You can bill E/M-25 and G0008 with administration fee. Hope this helps!

Yes, you can bill the appropriate E/M, as supported by the documentation, along with G0008 and the appropriate flu vaccine code. No modifer is required on the E/M.
